先介绍一下背景，我在美国读研，然后工作5年，雅思9，8.5，7，7。老婆随便考的，分忘了，总分470+，走的EE，没有其他的提名。
当时因为美国的公司不想给我办绿卡，H1B 也快用完了， 所以就想移民加拿大，毕竟和美国还是比较相似，我们公司在那边也有office。
雅思考了4次，老是有一门不成，比较背。申请材料就是按照网上的攻略准备。身份证，户口公正和本人的出生公正不需要。只开中国的无犯罪证明，然后跟公证处的说开了用于加拿大的移民。
资金的证明我不是使用的银行流水，银行给我开了个存款证明，写了开户日期，现有存款和账户平均存款。
美国的无犯罪证明从FBI的合作组织开，不用下载表格按手印。直接在网上搜criminal record check，我家边上一堆能做的，当场按电子的手印，还没到家报告就出来了。
推荐信和我的工作证明我是分别找的我领导和HR开的，因为我领导也不知道我挣多少钱，有些入职信息他也不知道，推荐信只是提到工作内容。我的推荐信是我老板和秘书看完之后修改的，应该算是不错的，发给大家当参考。

My name is Mary, a senior surveyor of XXX. I am writing in reference to Mr. XXX and his Canadian immigration application. The XXX is a classification society, with a mission to promote the security of life, property and the natural environment, primarily through the development and verification of standards for the design, construction and operational maintenance of marine-related facilities.
XXX joined in XXX in January 2014 as an engineer. During his yearlong rotational program, he assisted senior engineers with conducting research on rules and international regulations in maritime industry, to conduct engineering design review on ships, and conducted new construction ship survey with the guidance of experienced surveyors.
He was assigned to the Philadelphia port office as a surveyor after he finished the rotational program in April 2015. I have been working with XXX as his team lead since this time for over 3 years. His occupation is marine surveyor, his title is Surveyor II.
His main responsibilities include conducting equipment and machinery survey of offshore drilling equipment and offshore lifting equipment. Example of equipment that XXX surveys and certifies are blow-out preventers, marine risers and marine crane in accordance with rules and industrial standards, such as certified drilling system guide and American Petroleum Institute standards, etc.
His daily jobs include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct Material test to ensure the physical property of the material such as yield strength and ductility meet the specification data and design requirement, which include tensile test and Charpy impact test, hardness test, etc.
Conduct Structure inspection to ensure the structures are built and fitted in compliance with the design drawings and the designated load, which include visual inspection, welding inspection and proof of load test, etc.
Conduct Factory acceptance test to ensure the functionality of the equipment, and the ability of holding designated pressure when in operation in accordance with the test procedure and industrial standard. These tests include but are not limited to blow-out preventer function test and riser hydrostatic shell test.
He also conducts ship survey such as load line survey and safety equipment survey with the assistance of senior surveyors.
To complete the tasks assigned to him successfully, Mr. XXX has a solid engineering background of structure and machinery, an in-depth knowledge of material. In addition, he is familiar with rules, industrial standards and international regulations in the field of maritime and offshore drilling industry. He is confident applying the knowledge he has to his current role and is able to confidently give recommendation for improvements and corrective action on any deficiencies found during inspections in accordance with the regulations.

最重要的问题是关于申请中怀孕。
我的申请由于时间过长，中间我的小孩在2019年5月出生，对于这种情况，我的建议是在怀孕的时候web form告知移民局，他们会先审核你的材料。
在你的孩子出生后，把IMM0008， 孩子的出生证明， 孩子的护照， 解释信， 孩子的缴费证明通过web form 提交， 他们在审核后会发孩子的体检证明。如果怀孕不告诉移民局，万一绿卡通过的登录日期和预产期有冲突就会比较麻烦。
最后关于登录日期，visa上的日期是10/28/2020， 是我孩子体检的一年之后，也就是说大人的体检是自动延期一年的，这个应该是现在的惯例，申请不完成就延一年。
为什么耗了一年半？我不知道，我也懒得知道，是你的就早晚是你的，别着急。祝大家新年快乐，能够早点获得批准，希望这个文章能帮助到大家。
